Matthew Philbrook is a graduate of Clark College, Washington State University, and Gonzaga University School of Law. He has been a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association since 2001, and Oregon State Bar Association since 2005.

Elizabeth Lorraine Elliott "Lorrie" is a 2013-2014 at large member of the executive committee of the Washington State Bar Association's Animal Law Section. She has previously served as Chair and Chair of the section's annual continuing legal education program. Lorrie has a full time animal law practice in Normandy Park, but serves clients throughout the State of Washington. She concentrates on all aspects of animal law.
