Elizabeth Lorraine Elliott "Lorrie" is a 2013-2014 at large member of the executive committee of the Washington State Bar Association's Animal Law Section. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Percussion Performance from BYU-Idaho with a minor in French, then earned a Masters in Musicology from Northwestern University.
