Nicole Newlon is a partner with the firm, concentrating on litigation and is experienced in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trial and appellate practice, in federal and state courts, appellate, and alternative dispute resolution tribunals. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of real estate and title disputes, contract disputes, professional malpractice, fraud and other tort claims, complex business litigation, corporate and business control litigation, including shareholder and partnership disputes and dissolutions, and other civil trial and appellate matters.

Attorney Hardy attended Suffolk University Law School's Evening Division. He graduated Magna Cum Laude (with high honors) in the top four percent of his class. From 2005 until 2010, Attorney Hardy served as a State Prosecutor in Tampa Florida. Since 2010 he has been in private practice.
