After working as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary Ellen Talbott, J.S.C. (Ret.), Mr. Luther served as an Assistant Prosecutor for over 25 years. He was the First Assistant Prosecutor and Trial Chief for the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office. At the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, he served as the Section Chief of the Major Crimes Unit and also worked in the trial team, grand jury and juvenile units. Prior to joining the firm, John Dell'Aquilo was counsel to the New Jersey's Breath Testing program, serving as a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice. He was New Jersey's Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor, which is a special position sanctioned by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). In this position, he was liaison between the State of New Jersey, NHTSA, and prosecutors from across the country. Mr.Conley was an Assistant Prosecutor for a total of 31 years; he served 12 years as the section chief of the Homicide and Crime Scene Investigation Units in the Camden County Prosecutor's Office. He served as police legal advisor for 13 years providing legal advice to the 41 law enforcement agencies that operate within Camden County. Additionally, Mr. Conley was certified as an instructor by the New Jersey Police Training Commission and acted as an instructor at the Camden County Police Academy on numerous occasions during the course of his career.
