My main practice areas are employment law and personal injury law. The Wagoner Law Firm represents individuals who have employment law claims in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, including wrongful termination claims, discrimination claims, harassment claims, hostile work environment claims, retaliation claims, wage and hour claims, unpaid overtime pay claims, minimum wage claims, and various other employment law claims. The Wagoner Law Firm also represents individuals who have personal injury claims.

I am very experienced in domestic litigation and do appeals in areas of civil law. I am a mediator and a member of the State Bar College. I volunteer at Fathers for Equal Rights and am a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. I am very dedicated to my clients and will always put their interests first. Professional Expertise: Since August of 2007, Jeffrey’s primary area of practice has been in real estate litigation, primarily in residential landlord-tenant disputes.
