Frances Lynch is a trial attorney who has studied the art of trial techniques with faculty of the nationally known Trial Lawyer's College. In the course of her career, she has had many jury trials, and has successfully represented people in many communities and in many courtrooms throughout Arizona. She has devoted her career to protecting the rights of people and to educating non-lawyers about the judicial system.

Born Columbus, Ohio, second child of the union of Bill Moore, former USAAF WWII B-17 combat pilot and nurse mother, Ellie, I great up in a household committed to social justice through my father's work as a newspaperman.
