Kevin graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement. He went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor Degree from UALR Bowen School of Law. He is licensed with Arkansas State Courts as well as the Arkansas Eastern and Western Federal District Courts. Kevin is a member of the Wynne Rotary Club and the Cross County Chamber of Commerce.

A diligent and dogged attorney, J. Matthew Coe practices civil litigation and family law for the West Memphis family law firm of Rogers, Coe & Sumpter. Since graduating from law school in 2005, he has been admitted to practice before both state and federal courts.
