Jarred Kibbey co-founded Natural State Law, PLLC.

Prior to opening the firm, Jarred served a wide array of organizations from large not-for-profit insurance companies, to small privately held companies where he worked directly with some of the largest employers and most respected health systems in the country to create innovative business solutions to complex problems.

Jarred also served as the Senior Policy Advisor to the Arkansas Department of Health and Senior Healthcare Advisor to Governor Hutchinson.

Jarred’s diverse, real-world experience in both business and government provide him with unique set of skills to work on the most challenging of issues for his clients.

Landon was born and raised in Batesville, Arkansas and is proud to call Batesville his hometown. I grew up in Piggott, Arkansas where I learned the value of hard work and a lot about construction. Both of my grandfathers were contractors and my father still owns a small flooring store to this day. I grew up on construction sites since I was a small child and was soon put to work on these very job sites for my family business. This on the job training helped me to become a better attorney later in life. This is especially true in my construction law practice.

Jessica is a bankruptcy attorney who has been helping clients get a fresh start since she joined wh Law in 2019. Kevin graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement. He went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor Degree from UALR Bowen School of Law. He is licensed with Arkansas State Courts as well as the Arkansas Eastern and Western Federal District Courts. Kevin is a member of the Wynne Rotary Club and the Cross County Chamber of Commerce.

William “Zac” White, a sixth generation Arkansan, was raised in Forrest City, AR, until the sixth grade when his family moved to Marion, AR, where he graduated high school. He earned a bachelor’s degree in International Trade from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR, a Masters Degree in International Economics and Finance, and obtained his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of law.

Brett graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in Monticello, Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice in 2011 and received a Juris Doctorate from William H.
