I have 4 years of experience dealing with Immigration law cases. While working with different immigration attorneys in the valley, I gained hands on experience with cases such as I-130 family petitions, I-601 and I-601A hardship waivers, Adjustment of Status, Naturalization application, Green card application, Asylum applications, Appeals to BIA, and Immigratoin Court cases.

After teaching High School, I had a desire to help people in a different way. I attended law school in Fresno, California, at San Joaquin College of Law, beginning 1989. I married Toni the same year! I completed law school in 1992. I began practicing Estate Planning and Probate law.

Peter L. Fear is a bankruptcy attorney, representing individuals, businesses, farmers and consumers in bankruptcy. Mr. Fear loves crafting solutions to difficult financial problems. Katy then transitioned to a large Fresno firm where she focused on business and real estate litigation, land use, and many aspects of probate and estate litigation.
