Sometimes this means fighting foreclosures or defending against credit card suits. Very often, it involves filing bankruptcy to eliminate multiple debts or to consolidate several debts into one smaller monthly payment that my clients can actually afford. Mark Little is an experienced Madisonville bankruptcy lawyer who is dedicated to providing clients with the attentive and caring representation needed to help them effectively handle their debt. Attorney Little graduated from Vanderbilt University before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Law School. He proudly served as a Major in JAG during Desert Storm with the US Army’s 101st Airborne Division. Jesse earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Louisville in 2009. During law school he was awarded a limited legal practice license and worked for the Louisville Commonwealth's Attorney office.

He began working for Robert Cooley in 2010 focusing primarily on personal injury and bankruptcy cases. Jesse's advanced knowledge of technology and computer systems helped grow the law practice quickly. Five years later the pair founded Cooley & Offill.

Cooley & Offill has grown to become a regional law firm with three offices in Louisville, Lexington, and Owensboro.
