More than 20 years as a trial lawyer and litigator in federal and state courts, both for the defense and as plaintiff, handling maritime and admiralty cases, oilfield cases, transportation cases, product liability cases, insurance cases, commercial disputes, suits against federal and state governmental entities and personal injury and wrongful death cases. Licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana and Texas.

I have had a varied practice over the years. My principal practice now is divided between business litigation; criminal law; immigration deportation; domestice relations; and personal injury cases. I also assist clients with inventions to find financing for their inventions. I am primarily interested in energy production and desalinization projects. I work out of a home office because I like being on the water.
