Since being admitted, Rebecca has primarily practiced family law; she is a significant asset to Bolander Law Group’s estate planning, guardianship and adoption practice.

Hilary Vrem has been practicing law in San Diego for since 2005, joining the Bolander Law Group in 2010. Her practice focuses primarily on trust litigation, employment matters, adoptions, and estate planning. Like Lori, Hilary is adopted, so she, too, is passionate about this area of law and is honored to assist couples in starting and expanding their families.

A full-time neutral, attorney Kirk D. Yake serves as a private mediator and arbitrator with ADR Services, Inc., American Arbitration Association, and through his law office. He regularly arbitrates construction disputes as a contract arbitrator for the California State Contractor's License Board, lemon law (auto) disputes for the Better Business Bureau, and attorney-client fee disputes for the fee arbitration panel of the San Diego County Bar Association.
