Christine L. Bartlett joined Ferguson Law in 2011. A lifelong Bloomington resident, Christine attended Indiana University for undergrad, where she majored in Art History and Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University Mauer School of Law. While attending law school, she served as a Managing Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal. Christine has served on the Monroe County Apartment Association Board since 2013 and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association.

David Ferguson joined the firm in 1981. His practice areas include General Civil Litigation; Insurance Law -- defense and coverage issues; Real Estate -- commercial transactions, litigation, planning and zoning, and historic renovation; Business Litigation; School Law; and Employment Law. Cassandra graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law, with honors, in 2003. Cassandra understands the needs of working families, as she attended Purdue North Central and Valpo Law School full time while also working her part-time job in a hospital laboratory and raising two young children with her husband, Ken. She began her legal career in her late 30's, so that she brings life experience as well as her legal knowledge to the table when helping her clients.
