J. MICHAEL McBRIDE has helped businesses and individuals through bankruptcy for 34 years. His firm handles business reorganization, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy and represents creditors in Chapter 13 bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, collections, arbitration and mediation, as well as related federal court litigation. Mr. Van Dyke was born in Troy, Michigan and moved to Texas in 2001 to complete his undergraduate degree at the University of Dallas (B.A. - Politics - 2003). He matriculated to Stetson University College of Law in January of 2004 and earned his Juris Doctor and a certificate of concentration in advocacy in 2006.
