Brian developed an interest in construction while working for the United States Army Corps of Engineers in law school and has practiced in construction law exclusively since graduating from law school 23 years ago. He has represented all parties to the construction process, ranging from project inception through post-completion claims resolution. Brian has extensive trial and arbitration experience and has litigated all matters of construction disputes.

Christene represents clients in a multitude of construction disputes, ranging from small homeowner claims to multi-party defect matters. She regularly advises clients on lien and bond issues, contract and payment disputes.

Roger is dedicated to resolving disputes in all aspects of construction and complex commercial litigation, from contract negotiations to the prosecution and defense of multi-million dollar claims on public and private construction projects.

Kristi is a member of Anthony & Partners, and joined the firm in 2011. Kristi concentrates primarily on complex trial practice, representing international, national and local clients in the areas of False Claims Act and qui tam claims, government contracting, nursing home, product liability and medical malpractice defense. She also litigates sophisticated collection matters and creditors’ rights cases. Kristi is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as an Appellate, Circuit and County Court Mediator and Arbitrator. Michael LeRoy is a Missouri native, born in the city of Independence. In 1989, Michael LeRoy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Nebraska. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law, having graduated from there, with high honors, in 1993. He is now the managing partner and a founding partner of law firm Fulmer, LeRoy, Albee, Baumann, which has several offices throughout Florida.
