Angelo DiBartolomeo is an experienced business lawyer, focused on complex commercial and construction litigation, as well as general business transactions. His litigation experience includes various construction disputes throughout the country, as well as breach of contract actions, commercial and residential real estate disputes, commercial fraud and breach of fiduciary matters, and disputes among corporate shareholders, partners, and LLC members. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. DiBartolomeo has drafted and negotiated scores of contracts on behalf of businesses across various industries. Mr. DiBartolomeo also has significant experience in professional liability defense and estate planning and administration.

Jonathan focuses his practice on helping those who have been injured or damaged, with primary experience in automobile and trucking cases, slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall cases, motorcycle accidents, and wrongful death. He also has significant experience in trust and estates litigation, will disputes, construction defect litigation, business litigation, contract disputes, and family law matters. He is licensed to practice in both Kentucky and Illinois.

I have been a licensed attorney for over 25 years. While I have handled a variety of cases, I have recently chosen to focus my practice on Kentucky Lemon Law cases and construction disputes. For the Lemon Law matters, I can represent folks from all over the state. Construction disputes are more site specific so I limit those to the greater Louisville metro area.
