For more than twenty years, Ted’s law practice has been primarily focused on construction litigation and commercial law, and he routinely handles litigation, transactional and contract matters in these areas on behalf of his clients. Ted also serves as a mediator in the field of construction law.

Beginning his career in insurance defense, coverage analysis and litigation, Alan soon became general counsel to a New Orleans-based insurance consulting firm, where he assisted clients with specifications for coverage, captive formation, claims handling and loss mitigation. He was instrumental in the passing of the Louisiana Oilfield Anti-Indemnity Act and for many years represented the London market in CGL, marine and contractual liability claims, largely in the context of the “oil patch”. Dan Lund practices in the area of construction litigation with a focus on construction and surety litigation and arbitration, business, insurance and products liability defense litigation, contract drafting and negotiations, telecommunications, as well as land use law in the areas of zoning and planning.

Dan principally represents general contractors, major subcontractors, sureties, public and private owners, and wireless telecommunications carriers and owners of telecommunications infrastructure. William “Will” Abel is a civil litigator. Will has focused his career on developing a civil litigation practice with an emphasis on large commercial disputes, serious personal injury (plaintiff and defendant), and other complex civil matters.
