Ted Laperouse serves as the Firm’s Managing Shareholder.

For more than twenty years, Ted’s law practice has been primarily focused on construction litigation and commercial law, and he routinely handles litigation, transactional and contract matters in these areas on behalf of his clients. Ted also serves as a mediator in the field of construction law.

Prior to founding LAPEROUSE, APLC in 2018, Ted was a partner with Taylor Porter Brooks & Phillips in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for 14 years, and, prior to that, practiced law in Dallas, Texas, for an “Am Law 200” law firm.

Mallory's practice is focused on a range of complex litigation matters.

Dan Lund practices in the area of construction litigation with a focus on construction and surety litigation and arbitration, business, insurance and products liability defense litigation, contract drafting and negotiations, telecommunications, as well as land use law in the areas of zoning and planning.

Dan principally represents general contractors, major subcontractors, sureties, public and private owners, and wireless telecommunications carriers and owners of telecommunications infrastructure. Additionally, Dan serves nationwide as a construction mediator, and as a construction arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association.
