John Guin has over 25 years of experience handling matters in the construction industry, including administrative appeals, trials, arbitration, and mediation. Matters handled include payment disputes, liens, bond claims, construction defects, delay and inefficiency disputes, professional negligence in design and construction management, safety violations, contract terminations, employment and labor issues, and insurance coverage matters. I grew up in Montana working in my family's construction company, and moved to Spokane to attend Gonzaga University. I loved the area and I'm glad to call the Inland Northwest my home together with my wife and four children. When I'm not in court or helping clients, I'm usually riding motorcycles or playing soccer with my kids.
