Justin Criner received his undergraduate degree in Political Science at Virginia Commonwealth University where he met his wife and fell in love with Richmond and the surrounding areas. Mr. Criner received his juris doctor from the Appalachian School of Law in 2013 where he was a senior editor of the law journal and the president of the local Lions’ Club. Mr. Krumbein graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA in 1995 with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. He then went on to law School at the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University, where he graduated in 1998.
