I have been an attorney since 2008. I began my practice in Wisconsin where I focused in the areas of criminal defense, DUI, family law, and general civil litigation.

I have lived in North Dakota since 2016 where I was a public defender for two years and a prosecutor for 1 year. Currently, I practice in the areas of criminal defense, DUI, family law, estate planning, real estate and bankruptcy.

It is my mission to provide excellent service to my clients through giving accurate and honest legal advice and representation in any matter, regardless of complexity of case.

Lesley is committed and dedicated to helping her clients through what can be one of the more challenging times in their lives. Lesley focuses her legal practice almost exclusively in family law, and represents clients through all stages, aspects, and phases of family law proceedings, including divorce, custody, post-judgment modification or enforcement proceedings, parenting time disputes, prenuptial agreements, child support, guardianships, and name changes. Ben is an attorney specializing in helping people resolve family law issues in Minnesota and North Dakota including divorce, custody and visitation, child support, spousal maintenance, and adoption. He also assists clients with requesting and defending restraining orders and protective orders.
