He has successfully negotiated complete dismissals of serious cases and other resolutions that protect his clients’ liberty and dignity.

Francesco J. Grieco recently joined the Law Offices of Lutz and Petty. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is also a member of the Columbia County Bar Association.

Francesco’s primary focus is in the areas of family law and civil litigation. He will be available in our two locations, Berwick and Philadelphia, as we expand our practice in the coming months.

Ben graduated in 2004 from Lycoming College and received his Juris Doctorate in 2011 from Widener University School of Law. At Widener, Ben completed the seven-day Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, which is designed to sharpen trial advocacy skills. During law school, Ben clerked for the Harrisburg personal injury firm, Handler, Henning, and Rosenberg while taking evening classes. He earned the Certificate of Achievement in Legal Methods, the course which teaches legal analysis, drafting, and communication.
