Ms. Rich is a Seattle transplant and a Boeing spouse. She is the first person in her family to go to college or to receive a professional degree.

Ingrid attended Seattle University School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate degree in May of 2015. In law school, she served as the secretary for the Latinx Law Student Association and dedicated her time to helping communities in need through volunteering and internships with The Defender Association Dependency Department, Northwest Justice Project’s foreclosure assistance program, the Legal Action Center in Seattle, and Snohomish County Legal Services.

I returned to school when my children were through high school and it had long been my intention to practice Family Law. But after finishing my B. A. in Psychology, I wanted more depth in the subject so continued school until I had my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. I did an internship at Community Mental Health (now known as Behavioral Health Resources) diagnosing and Counseling Children, couples, and families for six months...
