Theodore J. Finn "Ted" was raised in Longmont, Colorado, attended Niwot High School locally and then graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Political Science. Ted then attended the Creighton University School of Law. While at Creighton Ted was a member of the Editorial Staff of the Creighton Law Review. Ted earned his Juris Doctorate in 2003 graduating, cum laude. Ted has since been actively practicing in Longmont and throughout northern Colorado.
