Donnavon graduated from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga with his Bachelors of Science degree in criminal justice. He continued his education at Nashville School of Law where he obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence and graduated in the top 10% of his class. After being admitted to the practice of law in Tennessee, Donnavon began focusing in criminal defense and probate. Donnavon has successfully represented thousands of individuals charged with criminal offenses and takes pride in helping those in difficult situations.

Randall Glyn Kirby was born and raised in Hartsville, Tennessee, graduating from Trousdale County High. He graduated magna cum laude from Tennessee Tech and earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Belmont University College of Law. Kirby’s practice includes: family law, divorce, juvenile law, state criminal defense, estates, probate, bankruptcy and real property. In his spare time, Randall enjoys watching football, spending time with family, listening to music, watching movies and playing video games.

Daniel Barnes graduated cum laude with a degree in English from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2009. He attended law school at the University of Tennessee, where he was a member of Moot court board and the black law students association. He also received the "Raptor Award" in first semester torts, and received an award for the highest grade in Criminal Seminar. He graduated and was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 2012 and takes cases in the fields of criminal law, immigration, family law, and wills and estates.

Mr. Byars spends most of his time in the courtroom defending citizens accused of a crime and that area of his practice has what has allowed him to spend so much time arguing to juries. He has argued before the Tennessee Court of Appeals. Handled cases before Administrative tribunals including the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security, and the Board of Nursing. Eric received his license to practice law in 2008 and worked with West Tennessee Legal Services for a year before starting his private practice. He was admitted to practice in the U.S. District (federal) Court in 2010 and to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in 2012, although he no longer practices bankruptcy.
