He is a certified Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) Level II Civil Rights Investigator and a certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Trainer. Andrew has developed training programs related to workplace harassment prevention; EEOC; COVID-19 safety; and diversity & inclusion.
