Shannon Moore was born in Huntsville, Alabama. He is a graduate of Grissom High School and he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He went on to get his juris doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. Upon graduation from law school in 1998 he went on to found a law firm with a fellow graduate from law school. Upon graduating from law school, George joined the FBI as a Special Agent. He spent time in Washington, D.C. and Omaha, Nebraska before being transfered to Waterloo, Iowa. Covering a range of eleven counties, George investigated crimes ranging from bank robberies to military deserters. He also spent time in Cleveland, Ohio, before returning to Huntsville in 1972. George still has strong ties to the FBI as a member of the Former FBI Agents organization. Outside of work, George, his wife Lynda, and their three children and six grandchildren all attend First Presbyterian Church in Huntsville.

Jeff provides extensive expertise to small and large business clients regarding daily operations and tax-saving strategies. His corporate practice also includes business formation and financing issues, contract review and assistance, mergers and acquisitions and employment law matters.

He also skillfully applies his tax knowledge to his estate planning practice area. Since 1990 when he joined Martinson & Beason, P.C., Doug has been a leader in the Huntsville community. His practice focuses on estate planning and probate, wills and trust, guardianship and elder law as well as corporate and business planning and disputes.
