Charles J. Moore is originally from St. Peters, Missouri. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri and California Western School of Law. Mr. Moore is admitted to practice law in Missouri and California, along with several federal courts, including the Eastern District of Missouri, the Southern and Central Districts of California and the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.

Joe is a United States Army Veteran who founded Markell Estate Planning and Elder Law in 2014. Our firm specializes in estate planning, probate (contested and non-contested), and elder guardianships. We work with many business owners, real estate investors, and high-net-worth clients.
