Mr. Goodin has represented debtors and creditors in all types of bankruptcy proceedings since 2002 (including consumer and business chapter 7 cases, Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 13 and Chapter 12 farm cases). Outside of bankruptcy, Mr. Goodin frequently represents clients in the areas of probate proceedings, estate administrations, guardianships and other civil litigation matters.

Norman attorney Cindy Allen brings a wealth of practical legal experience in family law, bankruptcy, estate planning and criminal defense to our firm.
