Denis Rischard is founder and senior partner at Rischard Elder Law. A lifetime native of Oklahoma City, Denis is a life-long Catholic who was raised in far southwest Oklahoma City on a produce farm. A 1979 graduate of Mt. St. Mary Catholic High School, Denis received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in 1983 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1986. Michelle earned her law degree, with distinction, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1992. She spent her first 7 years practicing law in Amarillo, Texas, with the law firms of Mullin Hoard & Brown and Gibson Ochsner & Adkins. In 1994 her practice shifted from federal litigation to estate planning and probate because of her desire to help people in a positive way.
