Renata T. Pabisz is a graduate of the University of Marie Curie-Sklodowska School of Law, Rzeszow, Poland (Master of Laws 1999) and the Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, DE (J.D. 2011). While in law school, Ms. Pabisz served as a judicial extern in the Court of Common Pleas Orphans' Court Division in Philadelphia, PA. She has been employed by Dorian, Goldstein, Wisniewski, Orchinik, P.C. since 2008.

Mr. Albright accepts retainer in matters involving wills and powers of attorney; probate and administration of decedents' estates; elder law, including incapacity proceedings and medical assistance planning; and real estate law, including residential purchase and sale transactions, easements and rights-of-way, boundary disputes, real estate assessment and exemption appeals.

Attorney Lutz (Nick) is a lifelong resident of Berwick, Pennsylvania, where he resides with his wife, Kirstin, and daughter, Addie. Rounding out the family are three dogs – Roxanne, Reggie, and Dylan and last-but-not-least a cat named Stevie Nicks.

My Journey...

I first thought of pursuing a career as an attorney when I was taking a course in the inequalities of our judicial system during my undergrad work at Penn State. By the time I finished that course, I had made up my mind to attend law school and become an attorney. Once I graduated law school and passed the Bar Exam, the first area of law I practiced was a Pro-Bono case involving child custody. Today I still practice Family Law as well as Real Estate and Estate Planning, Criminal, Business, Probate and Contracts.
