She represents public water agencies, special districts, private landowners and water utilities in both litigation and transactional matters. Amy works on a broad range of water and land use issues, including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance, water rights permitting, administrative proceedings, complex groundwater adjudications, and water supply planning under SB 610/2210.

Santino Tropea is a founding partner of Tropea McMillan.
