Blake Paul has been a civil trial attorney since 1996. His trial practice includes commercial litigation and business break-ups, personal injury and wrongful death, and other civil disputes. Blake has appeared as lead counsel in the courts of twenty-two of Florida's sixty-seven counties as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern District of Florida and the Western District of Kentucky. Blake has also handled appellate cases in Florida's Second District Court of Appeals, the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Florida Supreme Court.

While attending Brigham Young University, he traveled to Poland to serve a two-year mission for his church. Spencer Munns has studied in various countries, including Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. While in law school, he acted as a clerk for Filice, Brown, Eassa & McLeod, and for The Fremont Group in San Francisco.

Before moving to Orlando last summer, I worked as an assistant county attorney in southwest Florida for 4 years. I was the primary drafter of Lee County’s comprehensive plan, land development code, and administrative codes while representing a number of county departments including planning and zoning, transportation, utilities, natural resources, and parks and recreation. Prior to working for Lee County, I worked at a private law firm practicing Real Estate, Local Government, Environmental Law, Land Use, HOA Law, and Condominium Law for nearly 10 years.
