Education Scott Dilbeck graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2001 with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Business. Scott graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2004. Experience Scott has extensive legal experience in Bankruptcy and multiple facets of civil litigation.
