I am from Knoxville, TN and moved to Birmingham to attend Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. I began clerking with Massey, Stotser & Nichols, P.C. during law school and began practicing law upon graduation in 2004.

Jacy graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. After enlisting as a paralegal in the Air National Guard, she earned her law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law. Upon earning Top Graduate of her class at Air Force Officer Training School, Jacy commissioned as a Judge Advocate (JAG) in the Air National Guard. At the Air Force Judge Advocate Staff Officer Course, she won the “Excellence in Advocacy Competition” for demonstrating the greatest skill and ability as a trial lawyer among all students.
