Zane A. Privette is a Willow Springs, Missouri native. He graduated from the University of Missouri, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management in 2012, with a focus on Agricultural Economics and went on to attend law school at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. After attending law school at Oklahoma City University School of Law, Nicolas worked for Abowitz, Timberlake & Dahnke, P.C., a highly-respected firm in central Oklahoma. While there, he gained considerable experience in the areas of insurance defense, commercial litigation, intellectual property rights, contract interpretation and enforcement and general tort liability. Nicolas was also afforded the opportunity to serve as staff counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company before deciding to move back to Branson with his wife, Lindsay. Daniel has been practicing law in Sedalia, Missouri, since 2008. He is licensed in the state of Missouri and in the United States District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. Daniel attended law school at Regent University School of Law and has a B.S. in Mathematics from Missouri Baptist University. Daniel and his wife Crystal were foster parents for a number of years and now have three active boys. Daniel is studying Spanish and Russian and could use all of the practice he can get.
