Erin graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law. After graduation, Erin joined Reuter Law Firm, now known as Reuter Merkle Law Firm, as an associate attorney. She is a member of St. Catherine Laboure and involved in many organizations including: Heartland Industries, Inc. (a sheltered workshop), the Missouri Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Women Lawyers’ Association of St. Louis, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Affton Chamber of Commerce, South County Chamber of Commerce and Crestwood-Sunset Hills Chamber of Commerce. She also is on the board of the Missouri Chapter of NAELA.

Dan graduated from St. Louis University School of Law. He is a parishioner of Assumption Catholic Church and has been active in numerous church, community and professional organizations including: Heartland Industries, Inc. (a sheltered workshop), Nazareth Living Center (a long term care facility), the Knights of Columbus, Assumption ACTS Community and White House Retreat, Inc. Dan is a member of the Missouri Bar and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and past President of the Missouri Chapter of NAELA.
