I received my law degree from North Carolina Central University and now practice in Durham County and surrounding counties. I specialize in guardianship law, estate planning and real estate partitions. As a solo practitioner, I am the person who interacts with my clients, not a staff member. Prior to joining Ralston, Benton, Byerley & Moore in 2021, Catherine worked as an insurance adjuster for two large national insurance companies, where she gained valuable insight and experience on the innerworkings of claim handling.
