Adam R. Weaver, Esquire is a graduate of Ohio Northern College of Law in 2008. He graduated with a double major in Philosophy and Psychology from Duquesne University in 2005. Attorney Weaver is also a proud graduate of 2010 Class of Leadership Carbon sponsored by the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce. After graduating law school in 2008, for approximately five years, Attorney Weaver began his legal career working for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee and honed his skills in the practice of bankruptcy. I joined Reager & Adler following the completion of a clerkship position with the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Before going to law school, I served honorably in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Avionics Technician for the B-1B Bomber. My focus areas are real estate transactions, business law and advisory services, estate planning and administration, land use, zoning, and municipal law. I live in the Harrisburg area with my wife and children, and I enjoy hiking, wood working, and metal detecting.

I am a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, where I served as Editor of the Law Review. I have been in continuous practice since October of 1984. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

My first experience in estate planning was as a U.S. Navy Judge Advocate in 2008 providing legal assistance to active duty members, retirees, and their families. I retired in 2023 after having served in several leadership roles. Supporting our community in this very real and meaningful way is such a rewarding and exciting opportunity to continue making a positive impact in others' lives.
