Jennie joined the Air Force shortly after graduating high school. After finishing her term of service in the Air Force, she attended Stephen F. Austin State University, where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and English. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. Jennie is licensed to practice law in Texas and Georgia.

Sam is a specialist in estate planning & probate law and residential real estate law. He is board certified in both areas by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Included in his specialties is Elder Law, specifically Medicaid eligibility, Qualified Income (or Miller) Trusts, and disability planning.
