At the Law Offices of Jason Charles Matey, I provide my clients with sound legal council and advocate for my clients rights. I provide personalized and experienced representation for clients dealing with criminal defense, personal injury, bankruptcy, divorce and child custody issues.

Wesley has substantial experience litigating civil, criminal, and family matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Wesley has litigated matters at all levels from municipal courts to the Supreme Court of the United States. He handles a variety of litigation matters, including personal injury, family law, municipal law, civil rights, criminal defense, commercial litigation, and general civil defense.

I primarily represent clients in matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, domestic violence proceedings, custody and parenting time disputes, support modification proceedings and enforcement of family court orders and judgments of divorce. I also handle municipal court and real estate matters, estate planning, administration and estate disputes, and other general litigation matters.
