Anne Kelly Skinner graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Thereafter, Anne attended the West Virginia University College of Law where she earned her law degree in 1997.

Anne began her legal career as an Assistant Attorney General within the Office of the West Virginia Attorney General. While there, Anne worked within the Office’s Consumer Protection Division, where she represented the state on behalf of consumers against businesses that had violated the West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act.

Joshua began his legal career working for a boutique firm in Gainesville focusing on consumer litigation and property disputes. In addition to proudly serving in the Florida Army National Guard, he spends considerable time supporting local charities and educating the public on issues related to real estate and the mortgage industry.

Nikki is an associate in Watson Sloane’s Real Estate and Corporate Finance groups. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, land use entitlements, permitting and code enforcement issues, and due diligence reviews for vacant and developed land. Nikki also represents issuers, financial institutions, underwriters and investors in connection with the public and private offering of municipal and corporate securities.
