Elizabeth A. Kovachevich, served as executive editor of Stetson Law Journal, worked as Teaching Fellow in legal research and writing. Nikki is an associate in Watson Sloane’s Real Estate and Corporate Finance groups. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, land use entitlements, permitting and code enforcement issues, and due diligence reviews for vacant and developed land. Nikki also represents issuers, financial institutions, underwriters and investors in connection with the public and private offering of municipal and corporate securities.
