Prominent cases included Pangborn v. Burnet County over a bill of attainder limiting real estate development rights, Piatt v. City of Austin over racially discriminatory affirmative action in the Police Department, and Hendee v. Dewhurst over Texas constitutional spending limits.

Robert Callahan’s aggressive style of advocacy is a product of Baylor Law School’s trial-centered education and his experience as a prosecutor. His oratory skills are well known throughout the courtrooms of central Texas. Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
