I strive to provide efficient legal services practically applied to business situations for commercial landlords, small and mid-size businesses, business owners, directors and officers, and healthcare providers, primarily in the metro Atlanta area. My practice focuses on commercial litigation, and I also have experience in contract negotiation and healthcare law. My areas of emphasis have been in commercial contract and business tort cases, commercial real estate litigation, complex civil litigation, and fraudulent transfer actions.

I was a general surgeon for 23 years. I have turned my attention to deal with the mistakes and errors committed by hospitals and physicians. Mike Bothwell graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University Law School in 1991, earning membership in the Order of the Coif.
