With over 10 years’ experience working for Kansas regulatory agencies, Diane uses her insider knowledge and experience to her clients’ advantage. Having previously served as Assistant General Counsel for the Kansas Board of Healing Arts, Diane is particularly experienced with matters involving health care professionals. She regularly defends physicians, chiropractors, physician assistants, and nurses. In addition, Diane defends other licensed professionals, including certified public accountants, engineers, real estate agents, insurance agents, and attorneys.

Anne counsels health care organizations and individual health care providers throughout Kansas, assisting them in all aspects of health and hospital law, including regulatory compliance, business transactions, medical staff relations, peer review and risk management, professional licensure and discipline, and defense of medical malpractice claims.
