I have over 25 years experience in litigating False Claims Act cases, first as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York and then representing private whistleblowers. Overall, these cases have recovered over $800 million for the federal and state governments. I have handled cases in the areas of health care, defense contracts, higher education, medical research grants and contracts, and government contracts.

Leilani Rodriguez has a diverse legal background having practiced in both the private and public sectors in state and federal court.
