We are experienced attorneys in bankruptcy and family law. Located just south of the Wisconsin-Illinois state line, I practice daily in both states. In this area, knowledge of the significant differences in the two states' laws is critical to effective and competent representation.

For 20 years, I have represented clients in contested divorce and custody matters in McHenry County. I am also a court appointed guardian ad litem and mediator in family law cases. I also provide representation for clients needing estate planning and Medicaid planning.

Michael Perillo is in his 36th year of practice as an attorney. He began his career in 1983 as an active-duty JAG Officer in the U.S. Navy. In that capacity, his duties included the prosecution of Courts-Martial. He also served as Staff Judge Advocate (legal counsel) to the Commanding Officer of the Service School Command at Great Lakes, Illinois.
