Ryan Hatfield is an attorney at Hatfield Law in Evansville, IN, and serves as a State Representative in the Indiana General Assembly. As an experienced trial lawyer, Ryan represents clients in a wide range of matters in state and federal courts. A St. Philip native, Erin Schmitt Tuley returned to the Evansville, IN area to practice law after receiving her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. She began her career as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Vanderburgh County, where she handled felony-level cases, prosecuting major violent felonies during the last few years of her career as a prosecutor. Erin joined her husband and father-in-law in practice in 2018. Erin also holds a B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of Southern Indiana.

Daniel J. Tuley has been practicing personal injury law for over 25 years and has helped hundreds of clients through his career. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana and has lived in Evansville for most of his life. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1981 with a degree in Political Science and earned his J.D. from Chase Law School in 1986. He is a proud member of the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Heath A. Tuley has been practicing law since 2010. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He began his career as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Vanderburgh County and joined his father’s practice in 2014. He graduated from the University of Evansville in 2003 with a B.A. in Spanish and a B.F.A. in Creative Writing and earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010.
