I graduated with Highest Distinction and was recognized by Phi Beta Kappa. Additionally, I was nominated as an Outstanding Senior in Political Science during my time at Purdue. I continued my education at Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Bruce is a member of the firm’s insurance, environmental and toxic tort practice groups. A registered civil mediator, Mr. Kamplain has over 339 years experience resolving disputes using a variety of litigation avoidance techniques including alternative dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration and dispositive motion.He has litigated matters before state and federal courts throughout Indiana, and has argued more than 28 appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He has also argued before the Indiana Supreme Court.

Tom Kimbrough assists clients in all facets of labor and employment. He works with employers to defend against claims. He has worked with union and non-union employers, and businesses of all sizes. He also assists in other areas of litigation including insurance defense and business and commercial litigation.

Lauren Minke concentrates her practice in the area of litigation, with an emphasis in insurance defense and medical malpractice defense. She also represents clients in general liability defense and provides litigation services related to disputes concerning premises liability, real estate, and contracts. She has first chair bench trial and second-chair jury trial experience.
